Nancy Falkenham is a hands-on financial consultant who helps banks and credit unions with finance and accounting projects and tasks. Nancy resides in Southern California with her husband and college-bound son. Prior to establishing her consulting business, Nancy spent twenty years working in banks and credit unions, most recently as a Chief Financial Officer.
Nancy offers a variety of financial services, from merger consolidation analysis and team leadership to financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. She specializes in asset liability management and regulatory tests. She is available to fill in as a temporary accounting executive.
Nancy has been a member of the Credit Union National Association of Chief Financial Officers (CFO) council. As a member of the CFO council she participated in the regulatory compliance committee. Nancy earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton.
